You're the quiet engine of the kitchen making sure every dish is built with care.
Support the Kitchen Lead with food prep and cooking of Chinese and Indian Food
Maintain prep stations, chopping, cleaning, and organizing ingredients
Ensure freshness and hygiene across all materials and tools
Assist with plating, packing, and kitchen cleanup
Be ready to help with service or housekeeping when needed
Curious, hardworking, and committed to great food
Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency
Punctual and proactive in keeping the kitchen moving
Open to working flexibly across roles because we're one team
