Job Description

As a Lighting Engineer at our company, your role will involve a combination of technical programming and sales responsibilities. You will be representing top lighting brands such as MA Lighting, Madrix, BeamZ, and Zactrack. Your expertise will be crucial in handling live event setups, permanent installations, as well as engaging in techno-commercial activities. This hybrid role requires a well-rounded professional who can take charge of projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Program and operate lighting systems using MA2/MA3, Madrix, Zactrack, and BeamZ for a variety of settings including live events, installations, and demos. - Offer technical consultation and on-site support for lighting projects, covering rigging, patching, cue programming, and networking aspects. - Collaborate with clients, event managers, and system integrators to understand their lighting requirements and provide customized solutions. - Drive sales and business development by interacting with rental companies, event agencies, and installers nationwide. - Create techno-commercial proposals, system designs, and quotations for lighting solutions. - Conduct demos, training sessions, and provide after-sales support to clients and channel partners. - Manage project timelines effectively and serve as the primary contact for technical and commercial discussions. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in lighting programming, event lighting, and installation projects. - Proficiency in MA Lighting consoles (MA2/MA3), Madrix pixel mapping, BeamZ, and Zactrack control systems. - Strong understanding of DMX, Art-Net, sACN, lighting protocols, and AV infrastructure. - Sales experience or commercial acumen with the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals. - Excellent communication skills, presentation abilities, and relationship-building capabilities. - Willingness to travel frequently for installations, demos, and client meetings. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Lighting Design, Electronics, or Event Technology. - Certifications in MA Lighting or other lighting software/hardware platforms. - Existing network with rental companies, AV consultants, and event production houses.,
