Lighting Consultant

We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Lighting Consultant to join our team. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on lighting solutions, and helping create beautifully lit spaces that complement our furniture and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with customers to understand their lighting needs and design preferences. ● Suggest suitable lighting products — ambient, task, accent, and decorative — based on function, aesthetics, and budget.

● Prepare lighting options and quotations for clients.

● Explain product features such as wattage, color temperature, CRI, dimming, and energy efficiency.

● Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors for lighting selections.

● Stay updated on the latest lighting trends, technologies, and brands.

● Maintain product displays and assist in merchandising.

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications :

● Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

● OR proven experience in lighting sales, showroom consulting, or electrical products (minimum 2 years).

Skills & Competencies:

● Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of lighting.

● Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.

● Design sense to visualize how light enhances furniture and interiors.

● Confidence in upselling and closing sales.

● Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).

● Knowledge of lighting software like Dialux (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
