Job Title : Store Manager - Florist & Gifting Location : Mangalore Experience: 3 to 10 years Qualification : Graduate Salary : As per company standards Roles and Responsibilities : Manage overall store operations, staff, inventory, and customer experience Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff Develop strategies to increase footfall, expand customer base, and optimize store profitability Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards Complete store administration and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Handle in-store displays, flower arrangements, cake/gift coordination, and seasonal decor updates Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking Handle customer concerns and resolve issues or complaints effectively Report on buying trends, customer preferences, sales performance, and profitability Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training needs and career growth opportunities Be a role model in professionalism, performance, and customer service Propose and implement innovative ideas to increase market presence and improve store performance Key Skills : Retail management (florist, gifting, lifestyle, or boutique preferred) Excellent customer handling and communication skills Sales-driven mindset and team leadership Inventory control and billing management Visual merchandising and store presentation Conflict resolution and staff coordination
