Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Lifeguard based in Uttarakhand, India. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals using the swimming facilities, monitoring swimmer activity, and enforcing all facility rules to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the pool area, providing first aid when needed, and participating in safety drills to enhance emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in swimming and water rescue techniques
Certified in CPR, AED, and first aid
Strong observational skills to monitor and assess swimmer activity
Ability to enforce safety regulations and provide clear communication
Candidate should be physically fit and able to respond quickly in emergency situations
Experience in supervising pool facilities is a plus
Professional and courteous demeanor; ability to handle interpersonal interactions effectively
High school diploma or equivalent is required
