Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifeguarding and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by monitoring and supervising swimming pools, beaches, and other water areas.
Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and illnesses.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective lifeguarding procedures and protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a lifeguard or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of lifeguarding techniques, including CPR and first aid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is an asset.
