Job Description

Manage Scope, Project budget and Time
Lead planning and implementation of projects
Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project
To be part of functional discussion and solution of the project
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks/issue
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Publish necessary status and project reports to stakeholders
Work with the client to get formal sign-off on Project completion
Release any resources (financial or personnel) who are no longer needed for the project
Review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts and pay their invoices
Archive project files for future reference
Handling Salesforce related projects is good to have
