Life Insurance Sales Managers

Job Description: You will be responsible for insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches, coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion, and following up with Operations of Banks. Your role will involve building mutually beneficial relationships with Banks to help in the acquisition of clients. Additionally, you will be involved in customer requirement gathering and analysis for better product pitching, handling objections and grievances, and providing timely solutions. You will also guide and mentor new team members with required deliverables and company values. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - 1 year of experience in any sales role preferred Additional Details: The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
