Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Gorakhpur, with some work from home acceptable. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing customer service, generating leads, conducting financial needs analyses, and closing sales. They will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of LIC's products and services and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
