Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent/Advisor role located in Vapi. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling life insurance products, advising clients on customized insurance plans, maintaining long-term client relationships, and assisting in achieving their financial and life goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, generating leads, identifying client needs, explaining available plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires maintaining records of client interactions and staying informed about the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience or skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage are essential to effectively meet sales targets and guide clients through insurance plans.
• Sound understanding of Finance and ability to assess clients’ financial requirements to recommend optimal insurance products.
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in the Insurance domain and knowledge of various life insurance products.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Educational qualification in Finance, Commerce, or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory.
