Role & responsibilities Process insurance applications (life, health, or general) based on defined underwriting guidelines. Review documents submitted by customers and verify for completeness and accuracy. Enter applicant information into the underwriting system and generate case files. Flag discrepancies or missing information to the underwriter or supervisor. Perform basic risk screening based on rules and trigger further underwriting if needed. Maintain high accuracy and turnaround times (TAT) as per SLAs. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, medical, documentation) for required inputs. Ensure all underwriting records are updated and maintained for audits and compliance.
