Role Description

The role of a LIC Advisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahesana. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance policies, providing financial planning guidance, explaining benefits and coverage details, and addressing client inquiries. Additional tasks involve generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and meeting sales targets through proactive communication and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Sales skills, including lead generation and conversion, with the ability to meet targets
• Basic understanding of financial products, including insurance and savings plans
• Customer service skills and the ability to maintain long-term relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with time management skills
• Experience in sales or financial services is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
