We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Residential Librarian to manage our school library and actively encourage reading and research habits among students. The candidate will live on campus and be part of the school’s academic community. Key Responsibilities: Organize, catalog, and maintain books, periodicals, and digital resources. Guide students and teachers in using library resources effectively. Plan and conduct reading programs, book exhibitions, and literary activities. Ensure proper upkeep of the library space and maintain discipline. Collaborate with faculty to provide curriculum support through library materials. Introduce students to digital/library management tools. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate with Diploma/Degree in Library Science. Prior experience in a school or academic library preferred. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Good communication skills and ability to connect with children. Proficiency in computer applications/library software is desirable. Benefits: Free accommodation & meals within campus. Salary as per school norms, based on experience and qualifications.
