Job Title : Librarian / Deputy Librarian / Assistant Librarian.

Department : Central Library / Digital Library.

Education Qualification:

• Librarian - B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S & Ph.D. in Library Science Mandatory
• Deputy Librarian - B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S & Ph.D. in Library Science Mandatory
• Assistant Librarian – B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S Good knowledge of MS-Office.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee library policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with institutional goals.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate library staff, ensuring effective team performance and professional development.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for library operations, acquisitions, and digital resources.
• Plan, acquire, and maintain print, digital, and multimedia resources to meet the academic and research needs of students, faculty, and researchers.
• Negotiate with publishers, vendors, and consortia for subscriptions, e-resources, and databases.
• Implement and manage digital library services, including e-books, e-journals, and institutional repositories.
• Oversee the adoption of modern library technologies such as Library Management Systems (LMS), KOHA, RFID, Remote Access Tools, and Discovery Services.

Job Location: Guntur Vaddeswaram

Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
