Librarian

We are looking for a Librarian for our CBSE school in Hyderabad.

The role involves promoting independent research, digital literacy, and reflective learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all library resources — books, journals, reference materials, and digital content .
• Maintain an up-to-date library management system for cataloguing, issue, return, and tracking of materials.
• Support teachers and students in accessing subject-specific and cross-curricular resources for projects and inquiry-based activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib.Sc / M.Lib.Sc).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school .
• Proficiency in library management software and basic IT skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital libraries, e-resources, and citation tools.
• Ability to organize and lead reading and research-oriented programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
