We are hiring for a Liaison Manager for a reputed real estate group known for its ultra-luxury townships, malls, commercial spaces, IT parks, and 5-star hotels. As the company expands operations in Cochin, we seek an experienced professional to handle all statutory approvals and government coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, and compliance related to real estate projects.
• Ensure timely clearance of plans, permissions, and legal documents.
• Maintain strong relations with local bodies, municipal offices, and regulatory departments.
• Support project teams with documentation and compliance processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in liaison work, preferably in real estate.
• Strong network with local authorities and regulatory bodies in Kerala.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per month
