Location:

Candidate has to be living or open to move to Noida at the time of joining the bank with family and children is a must.

Experience:

a. At least 15 years of experience in banking operations in overseeing and managing all operational activities related to liability products and branch operations such as savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, NRE/NRO accounts, recurring deposits, CASA onboarding, and other customer-servicing functions

b. Experience of working in Finacle

1. Experience in managing regulatory audits

Role:

Operational

a. Lead end-to-end processing of all liability products (CASA, deposits, account maintenance, closures, lien marking, standing instructions, etc.).

b. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of centralized operations units and branch operations teams.

c. Maintain high standards of accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity in all processes.

d. Drive digitalization and straight-through processing (STP) for liability operations

Customer Experience

1. Enhance customer service quality by ensuring timely account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing.

2. Improve customer communication, complaint resolution, and responsiveness.

3. Align operations with omnichannel and digital banking requirements.

People Leadership

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a large operations team across centralized hubs and branches.

2. Manage workforce planning, skill development, performance reviews, and team motivation.

3. Build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Process Improvement & Transformation

1. Identify process gaps and implement automation, re-engineering, and simplification initiatives.

2. Collaborate with technology teams to modernize liability operations systems.

3. Drive enhancement of core banking and digital onboarding platforms.

Stakeholder Management

1. Work closely with Product, Branch Banking, IT, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Audit teams.

2. Support product launches, business growth, and customer acquisition plans.

3. Engage with vendors and service partners for outsourced operations.

Risk Management & Controls

1. Manage system reconciliations, exception handling, and error tracking.

2. Establish strong internal controls to mitigate operational, fraud, and compliance risks.

3. Conduct periodic process reviews, risk assessments, and control testing.
