Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a L2/L3 Support on Electronic Devices (Smart Metering) at Landis+Gyr. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr Electricity Devices in the EMEA region. This includes overseeing quality cases, CAPAs, and interacting with Quality and local technical support organizations. Your role will involve maintaining assigned KPIs by Business Units Electricity and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams to prioritize case work. Additionally, you will work closely with global teams to drive process development and continuous improvement efforts, as well as provide technical tender support for customer projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr Electricity Devices in the EMEA region - Oversee quality cases, CAPAs, and interface with Quality and local technical support organizations - Maintain KPIs assigned by Business Units Electricity - Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams to prioritize case work - Work closely with global teams to drive process development and continuous improvement efforts - Provide technical tender support for customer projects Qualifications Required: - Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a technical field (e.g. electronics, IT, SW or equivalent) or possess another equivalent academic degree - Proven track record in working on international R&D projects with multiple site connections - Experience in technical project management involving complex technical documentation and schematics - Strong communication skills for representing projects in challenging situations, including customer meetings - Experience working in a complex and agile business environment - Fluent communication and presentation skills in English - Experience in power line communication (PLC) and mobile networks will be advantageous - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Service Now, and DLMS Cosem Client will be considered a plus - Knowledge of any other spoken language will also be a plus Additional Company Details: At Landis+Gyr, the company is dedicated to shaping a better future for everyone.
