We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Legal Support Services Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via calls, emails, or meetings to understand legal service needs.
• Manage and track leads, calls, and client data; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support clients in understanding legal procedures and available services.
• Coordinate with the legal team for smooth sales and service execution.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary legal documents.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, conversions, and support activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass.
• 1+ years of experience in client service, telecalling, or legal/consulting sales
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of legal documents and procedures is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
