As a Human Resources Manager based in India, you will be responsible for various HR functions across multiple regions, including India, the U.S., and Turkey. Your main responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, performance management, compliance with legal requirements, training and development, HR systems management, administrative tasks, and policy development. In terms of recruitment and onboarding, you will lead the recruitment process for India-based employees and assist with recruitment for U.S. and Turkey operations. You will also ensure smooth onboarding for new hires across all regions, providing necessary training and documentation support. For employee relations and engagement, you will serve as the primary contact for employee concerns in India, the U.S., and Turkey, addressing issues to maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, you will drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. In the area of performance management, you will oversee processes such as appraisals, goal setting, and feedback for employees in all regions. You will support managers in handling performance issues and implementing improvement plans as needed. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements in India, the U.S., and Turkey will also be part of your responsibilities. This includes staying updated on legal changes and implementing necessary updates to policies and processes. You will also administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with tax-related matters. Coordinating training and development programs across all regions to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities will be another key aspect of your role. You will implement continuous learning initiatives to support employees" growth and development. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing HRMS tools, handling daily administrative tasks, developing and updating HR policies, and ensuring that employees across all regions are familiar with and adhere to company guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in India, the U.S., and Turkey, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-border HR operations are essential. If you have experience in multinational organizations managing HR operations across multiple regions, knowledge of HR best practices, and familiarity with HR challenges and compliance issues in India, the U.S., and Turkey, it would be considered a plus. The compensation for this position is competitive and based on your experience and qualifications, including statutory benefits as per Indian law.
