Position Overview:

The Manager Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the companys real estate operations with a special focus on land acquisition, due diligence, compliance, contracts, and litigation. The role requires strong expertise in land laws, property documentation, and regulatory frameworks governing real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vetting, settling and finalizing after getting the first drafts and inputs the observations in the varius Development Agreement, Development Power of Attorney, Addendum for Fire & FAR, Addendum for ULC, Addendum for Conversion, Deed of Assignment, Deed of Assurance, Escrow Agreement for PDC, Escrow Agreement for Title deeds, Sale Purchase Agreement, Letter for High Tension Line, Term Sheet, Agreement to Sub-Lease, Sub-Lease Deed,

    MOU, RWA, Final Document

    , Agreement For Sale & Sale Deed, diffrenet departmental, vendor and customers related notices, letters, replies, RTI, Sub-Lease/ Commercial deal, Rent Agreement, Leave & License Agreement.
  • Conduct and oversee

    title due diligence

    of land parcels and ensure clear, marketable title before acquisition or development.
  • Draft, review, and finalize

    sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, joint venture agreements, MoUs, power of attorney, and other property-related contracts

    .
  • To registration unit/plot/bungalow/flat/land vetting drafts/documents, finalize drafts/documents and queries.
  • Liasoning with Government Agencies for obtaining permissions from various authorities. These liasoning with different authorities help us in getting necessary permissions, vetting drafts/documents, supports in doing time bound works, avoid delay in completing works. Manage and monitor

    litigation related to property disputes, land acquisition, tenancy, or regulatory issues

    by coordinating with external counsels.
  • Provide legal support for

    project launches, customer agreements, conveyance, and housing society formation

    .
  • To assist Finance team and prepare documentation for project loan/construction loan/business development loan etc.

Qualification

  • LLB / LLM from a reputed university.
  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in

    real estate / infrastructure organizations
