Legal Manager - Real Estate

As the Legal Manager at Fincity, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the legal aspects of the firm, specifically focusing on contracts, disputes, land transactions, and customer agreements within the real estate sector. You will play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements and deeds related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws such as the Karnataka land revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, Stamp Act, RERA Act, and other land-related regulations. In this role, you will be expected to prepare legal documents including Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements, and other deeds pertaining to land acquisition, real estate finance, and sales transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters encompassing contracts, employment issues, and Intellectual Property (IP) concerns. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Legislative law and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the legal field. Proficiency in the Kannada language is essential, along with a sound understanding of title diligence and risks associated with immovable properties. A comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Acts is necessary, as well as a proven track record in initiating, defending, and managing litigation cases with a focus on resolution. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage both litigation and non-litigation matters effectively, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep commitment to ensuring legal compliance and protection of the firm's interests.,
