Position: Legal Laisoning Officer

Location: Gurgaon- Sector-44

Reporting to: MD

The candidate should be an empowering personality with strong networking skills and good contacts to effectively manage all administrative and legal liaisoning matters.

A legal liaison's job involves facilitating communication and coordination between a company and various external entities, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal professionals. They ensure legal compliance, manage documentation, and represent the company's interests in legal matters. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of legal procedures and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Rent Recovery: Rent recovery from Occupant & Lease holders

  • Liaisoning with Authorities:

Working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Legal Documentation Management:

Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.

  • Contract Negotiation and Review:

Assisting in the negotiation and review of contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal frameworks.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

Identifying and assessing legal risks, implementing compliance measures, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

Communicating legal information and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.

  • Litigation Support:

Providing support in litigation matters, including gathering information, preparing documents, and coordinating with legal counsel.

  • Relationship Building:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, legal professionals, and industry experts.

  • Dispute Resolution:

Facilitating the resolution of legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or other appropriate means.
