Legal Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including Non-Disclosure
Agreements, Master

· Ensure that contracts accurately reflect the intentions of
the parties involved and comply with legal requirements.

· Stay updated on laws, regulations, and legal trends
affecting the Legal Tech industry.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation

· Develop and implement document management procedures to
ensure efficient retrieval and storage of legal documents.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate
smooth transactions and resolve legal issues.

· Liaise with external legal counsel as needed, and manage
relationships with external legal service providers.

· Identify legal risks associated and develop strategies to
mitigate them.

· Advise management on legal risks and provide
recommendations for risk management strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
