Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal Associate with strong expertise in real estate law, property transactions, and contract drafting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing agreements for land deals, flat purchases, and related legal documentation.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of property laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent communication and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft & Review Legal Documents: Prepare, vet, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other documents related to land and flat transactions.
• Ensure Legal Compliance: Apply and interpret relevant laws, rules, and acts to ensure all legal documents meet statutory requirements.
• Legal Correspondence: Draft and review legal notices, letters, and other formal communications.
• Client Interaction & Meetings: Attend client and stakeholder meetings; travel as needed for discussions and deal closures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including sales, marketing, and operations to support business transactions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in legal roles focused on real estate or property transactions.
• Legal Expertise: Sound understanding of property laws, land acquisition laws, contract laws, and registration processes.
• Drafting & Negotiation: Strong experience drafting and reviewing legally binding documents and contracts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and management.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and legal proceedings as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in real estate law, handling land and flat agreement drafting.
• Exposure to contract management systems and legal document tracking tools.
• Ability to provide proactive legal advice to support business and project teams.
