Essential Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3 or 5 year course) from a recognized University- 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation-Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills- Proficiency in online filings both district and High Court
Nature of Work:
Drafting pleadings, applications, replies,Conducting legal research and preparing briefsAppearing before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals (as and when required)Assisting in client meetings and case managementRemuneration: negotiable
