Immediate hiring for Male Legal Advisor!!! * Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Real estate lawyers draft and review purchase agreements, leases, mortgage agreements, and other relevant documents. * Title Searches and Due Diligence: They conduct thorough title searches to ensure the seller has clear ownership and to identify any potential issues with the property. * Legal Representation: They represent clients in legal matters, such as property disputes, zoning issues, and foreclosure actions. * Advising Clients: They provide legal advice to clients on various aspects of real estate law, including zoning, land use, and property rights. * Document Preparation and Filing: They prepare and file necessary documents for real estate transactions, such as deeds and mortgage agreements. Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is requires.
