Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, erect, and commission LED wall systems at client sites as per project specifications
Perform on-site inspection and assess site conditions before installation (structure, power, safety, environment)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LED panels, modules, drivers, power supplies, and controllers
Handle panel alignment, calibration, brightness, color uniformity, and pixel testing
Coordinate with project teams, electricians, fabricators, and site supervisors for smooth execution
Ensure proper cable management, grounding, and safety compliance during installation
Conduct routine maintenance, service, and breakdown support at customer locations
Maintain installation reports, service logs, and handover documents
Provide basic training to clients on operation and maintenance, if required
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety norms at all sites

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

Strong hands-on experience with
LED walls, LED panels, and modules
Good knowledge of
LED drivers, power supplies, receiving cards, sending cards, and controllers
Understanding of panel structures, mounting frames, and erection methods
Ability to diagnose and rectify hardware and basic software issues
Familiarity with different LED pixel pitches and indoor/outdoor LED walls
Basic electrical knowledge and safety practices

Willingness to travel and work on-site as required

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
25 years of experience in LED wall installation, service, or similar AV/display systems
Freshers with strong practical exposure may also be considered
