Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive LED Screen Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED display screens used in events, advertisements, showrooms, and public or private spaces. Experience with both indoor and outdoor LED screens, along with a sound understanding of power, signal systems, and basic networking, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Install and dismantle LED screens at various sites (events, exhibitions, buildings, etc.) Connect and configure screen panels, power systems, and signal controllers Operate LED software such as NovaStar, Colorlight, or other control platforms Monitor screen health, pixel performance, and signal issues during live events Calibrate brightness, resolution, and screen alignment as per site requirements Conduct preventive maintenance and timely repairs to avoid downtime Replace defective panels, power supplies, receiving cards, and cables as needed Maintain and manage tools, cables, spare parts, and installation kits Coordinate with clients, electricians, and event teams for project execution Maintain reports on service calls, installation logs, and performance testing Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LED screen installation and service Familiarity with LED modules (P2.5, P3, P4, outdoor/indoor/flexible types) Experience with sending cards, receiving cards, and video processors Understanding of basic electrical and power systems (single-phase/three-phase) Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow layout drawings Comfortable working at heights and handling heavy screen panels ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or AV-related field is preferred Willing to travel, work irregular hours, and support on-site event operations Preferred Skills: Knowledge of networking (LAN, IP addressing, basic router settings) Event industry or signage industry experience Ability to handle emergency troubleshooting under pressure Soft Skills: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Good team collaboration and communication skills Professional, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/06/2025
