Key Responsibilities of a Lecturer in OTAT: Teaching and Mentorship: Delivering lectures, practical sessions, and providing guidance to students in the OTAT curriculum. Curriculum Development: Developing, updating, and revising course materials, lesson plans, and syllabi. Research and Academic Activities: Engaging in research projects, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. Quality Enhancement: Participating in initiatives to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Academic Administration: Contributing to administrative tasks and other institutional responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Typically requires a PG or Degree in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology (OTAT). Experience: While freshers may be considered, experience in teaching or related fields is often preferred. Skills: Strong subject knowledge in OTAT, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate and guide students effectively. Other Skills: Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage classrooms and skill labs effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,976.19 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
