We focus on nurturing academic excellence and character-building among our students. Role Overview: We are hiring Lecturers to teach students of classes 9 to 12 in English medium. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have subject expertise, and be capable of managing classroom dynamics effectively. Subjects Available: Physics Biology Mathematics Chemistry English Other core subjects (as per specialization) Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver subject-specific lectures as per the curriculum Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments Maintain student records and academic performance reports Foster a positive and engaging learning environment Clarify doubts and conduct regular evaluations and class tests Coordinate with the academic head and participate in staff meetings Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject (Master’s preferred) B.Ed or M.Ed qualification preferred Good communication skills in English Passion for teaching and student development Freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply Perks & Benefits: Travel Allowance (TA) Supportive academic environment Opportunity to grow into senior teaching or administrative roles
