Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor

As a Leasing Executive / Property Surveyor at our firm, you will play a crucial role in sourcing commercial properties based on client requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting property surveys, liaising with property owners, coordinating with clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring seamless execution of commercial leasing transactions. You will be expected to thoroughly understand client needs, identify suitable commercial properties such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and QSRs, and conduct physical surveys of potential sites. Your ability to communicate effectively with property owners, landlords, and brokers to assess property suitability will be vital in this role. Coordinating site visits with clients and providing professional guidance during inspections will also be part of your responsibilities. Negotiating commercial lease terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, preparing lease documentation, and staying updated on real estate market trends in key cities will be key aspects of your role. Building and maintaining a strong database of commercial properties across major cities in India will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will support clients throughout the onboarding and leasing process to ensure a smooth handover. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in commercial or F&B leasing. Strong knowledge of commercial property markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects are essential requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and real estate listing platforms is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in F&B or retail real estate leasing, knowledge of legal aspects of leasing and documentation, and an existing network of property owners and brokers in major cities.
