Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES > Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, including key dates, financial terms, and other relevant information > Handling of Lease Modification, Lease terminations, New Lease Setups, Option letters and Subleases to ensure all the data is correctly updated in system > Lead Territory of 14 states including Florida and North Carolina with portfolio over 3000 locations > Prepared comprehensive reports on lease performance, highlighting key metrics and trends for management review. > Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and record lease terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. > Integrate lease data seamlessly into the Record to Report cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. > Handled Sale and Lease back projects > Ensured that both landlords and tenants adhere to the terms outlined in the lease agreements. This includes rent payments, maintenance responsibilities, and any other contractual obligations. > Prepare annual CAM and real estate tax reconciliations and coordinate adjustment billings. > Calculating the percentage rent > Daily support in lease admin queries and responding to requestors via e-mail > Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms. Identify and resolve discrepancies. > Responsible for training and retention of new staff. > Review the operations on a daily basis, ensuring schedules are met and all tasks are accomplished. > Analyze the performance of each team member and provide aid where necessary. > Ensuring client issues are handled effectively, escalate issues on a timely and proactive basis with customers and follow up with operations > Ensuring consistent delivery of SLA p
