Hiring for Lease Accounting Associate

- Experience: 1-3 years

- Location: Hyderabad (Remote opportunity)

- Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update lease accounting schedules in compliance with ASC 842

- Prepare and post journal entries related to lease liabilities and right-of-use assets

- Assist with the monthly close process and account reconciliations

- Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, and Accounts Payable teams

- Monitor critical lease dates and ensure timely updates

Required Skills & Experience

- Accounting Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to lease accounting or real estate accounting

- ASC 842 Knowledge: Familiarity with ASC 842 and lease accounting principles

- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets

- Lease Accounting Software: Familiarity with lease accounting software like Yardi, CoStar, or Lucernex
