Learning Support Teacher (Early Years & PYP)

As a Learning Support Teacher at Naavu School, your role will involve providing targeted academic and emotional support to students in the Early Years and Primary Years Programme. You will collaborate closely with homeroom teachers and families to ensure inclusive and differentiated learning in alignment with the IB philosophy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify learning needs and provide pull-out and integrated interventions - Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to modify and differentiate instruction - Support students with diverse learning profiles to access the curriculum - Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress - Engage with parents to communicate learning goals, strategies, and growth - Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (certification in Learning Support/SEN preferred) - 2-3 years of experience in inclusive or special education settings (experience with IB or international curriculum is advantageous) - Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary age developmental milestones and needs - Ability to implement intervention strategies and track student growth and development - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Join Naavu School's founding team and be part of creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
