Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth needs analysis and stakeholder interviews to understand client learning objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes. Study and gain insights about various industries and key roles Design comprehensive learning solution architectures, including blended learning programs, digital learning experiences, and performance support tools. Create compelling pitch decks and collaterals. Develop detailed instructional design documents, proof of concepts, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and adult learning principles. Lead the development of engaging learning content, both classroom and digital, leveraging new age tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and developers to ensure the successful implementation of learning solutions. Present learning solutions to clients, effectively communicating design rationale, benefits, and implementation plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through data analysis and feedback, and recommend improvements. Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, and incorporate them into solution design.
