As the primary learning lead for the APAC region, you will collaborate with in-market HR contacts to provide guidance on learning-related issues. Additionally, you will serve as the primary learning lead for a global production function within Hogarth, ensuring colleagues have access to necessary training and support for successful work delivery. Ad-hoc learning projects may also be part of your responsibilities to meet business objectives. Being a team player is crucial in contributing to the positive work environment at Hogarth. Key Competencies for the Role: Relationship Management: Collaborate with colleagues and network of HR contacts and SMEs, displaying clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Project Management: Manage learning-related projects, define approaches, and provide feedback on project progress. Creating Content: Develop learning content in various formats such as e-learning, video, user guides, and microsite content. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions virtually and face-to-face, demonstrating confidence and clear communication.
