Job Description

As a Learning Enablement Analyst at bp, your role is crucial in managing the logistical and delivery activities related to training sessions. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in line with the Learning Value Chain, from setup to record maintenance, to support a positive colleague experience. Your key accountabilities and challenges include: - Provisioning goods and services for training sessions, identifying risks and providing solutions. - Scheduling Trainers and Faculty, coordinating with multiple individuals and vendors. - Selecting appropriate training venues based on defined criteria and budget considerations. - Ordering training materials, arranging special requirements, and ensuring tool availability. - Administering sessions, updating training records accurately and timely. - Recording costs for goods and services, following up for invoicing. - Maintaining accurate information on Salesforce and Cornerstone. - Ensuring session schedule changes are reflected accurately and communicated promptly. - Communicating effectively with learning agencies and providing customer service. - Contributing to continuous improvement and updating global documentation. - Supporting Learning Services and P&C Services initiatives and ISO 9000 accreditation preparation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree or equivalent experience - Understanding of the learning life cycle model - Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning services or HR shared services - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems like CSOD You will be part of a team that values inclusivity and provides reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities throughout the job application and employment process. The shift timings for this role are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM with negligible travel expected. The role is eligible for relocation within the country and offers a hybrid office/remote working arrangement.
