What would you do?
You will be working as a part of Learning Delivery team which supports the backend classroom training and Virtual trainings for External clients.In Learning Operations, you will manage learning solutions, including activities such as enrolments, unrolments, session creations, user quieries, session logistics and managing elearning courses.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.Ensure accuracy of learning records and compliance documentation.Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.
