WisdomWood High is seeking experienced Learning Facilitators / Subject Specialists for Grades 3–10 across English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Languages (Hindi and Kannada), Information Technology, and AI.

At WisdomWood High, a Learning Facilitator is a subject expert and learning guide who ensures conceptual clarity, skill progression, and academic rigour. The role focuses on enabling students to think critically, apply knowledge meaningfully, and develop transferable skills aligned with CBSE outcomes, NEP 2020 competencies, and inquiry-inspired practices.

Learning Facilitators plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons, use inquiry-based strategies, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs. They design fair, competency-aligned assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate academic documentation, including contributions to the Holistic Progress Card framework.

Working closely with Learning Leads and Grade Mentors, Learning Facilitators ensure curriculum alignment, pacing consistency, and strong classroom culture. The role requires 3–8 years of teaching experience, strong subject mastery, excellent communication skills, and digital fluency with Google Workspace for Education. Experience in progressive or inquiry-based environments is preferred. Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2 certification is mandatory.
