About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Special Educator to work closely with students who require additional learning support. This role involves 2 working days per week, with regular interaction and meetings with parents to track progress and provide guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioural support to students with special needs within the classroom.
• Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and parents.
• Conduct assessments and maintain progress records.
• Guide and counsel parents on strategies for home support.
• Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
  

Qualification and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education (mandatory)
• Language: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to varied learning needs
• Freshers Welcome: Candidates who meet the qualification but are new to the field are encouraged to apply
