Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs on finance, accounting, and business acumen topics utilizing tools such as MS-Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau. Additionally, you will provide support to Marketing and Branding initiatives, oversee trainee progress and performance, create and maintain training materials, collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive learning experience, stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement.
