Job Description

As a Learning Exp Design & Dev Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences aligned with business needs. Your deep expertise in instructional design will be utilized to create learning activities and materials for various training formats. The Learning Content Development team you will be part of focuses on developing content for e-learning modules, instructor-led training, application simulations, and performance simulations following agile development processes. To excel in this role, you should have a BA/BS degree in fields such as Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, or relevant areas, along with a minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, designing instructional strategies and curricula, and developing and maintaining e-learning courses and training materials. You will also facilitate training sessions, analyze learner feedback for continuous improvement, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate for this position must possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Experience with multimedia design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite will be a plus.
