What would you do? As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand learning goals and gather relevant content. Your role will involve transforming this content into engaging, easy-to-follow online learning experiences using tools like Articulate Rise. You'll be responsible for organizing information clearly and logically, ensuring that learners can absorb and apply the material effectively.You will design interactive e-learning modules that include visuals, quizzes, and activities to enhance learner engagement. You'll also write clear, concise instructional text and ensure that the tone and language are appropriate for the target audience. Regular feedback from team members and learners will help you refine and improve your courses.In addition to creating new content, you'll help maintain and update existing learning materials. This includes reviewing courses for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, and making updates as needed to keep content fresh and relevant.

You should have a strong ability to self-review your content for clarity, grammar, and flow before submitting it for feedback. A good grasp of English grammar and writing style is essential, as you'll be crafting learner-facing content.You should be a good communicator, open to feedback, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Being organized and proactive in managing your tasks will help you succeed in this role.Articulate Rise – for building responsive, easy-to-navigate e-learning modules.Articulate Storyline – for creating more complex, interactive learning experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure course content.Design and develop e-learning modules using Rise and other tools.Write clear, learner-friendly instructional content.Add visuals, interactions, and assessments to enhance engagement.Review and revise content based on feedback.Ensure all materials meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards.Maintain and update existing courses as needed.
