Learning & Development Quantitative Faculty

As a Learning & Development - Quantitative Faculty at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore Campus, your role will involve the following functions: - Handle Classes on Mathematics for Aptitude Test, which includes Problem Solving, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Puzzles, and Other Non-Verbal Reasoning. - Prepare a well-structured syllabus in consultation with Chief Manager Learning & Development (Aptitude) and forward it to all students through AUMS in advance. - Send all class notes to students one week in advance through AUMS. - Prepare question papers of the standard of CAT, GMAT, GRE, and MAT and gather feedback from students who have cleared written tests in different placement examinations. - Monitor students" progress by conducting 15-minute tests in all classes and recording their marks. - Provide students with their performance graph to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses in various topics. - Conduct Quiz and Puzzles programs to engage students. - Motivate students to enhance their subject knowledge and competency in Aptitude. - Collect feedback from students regarding teaching methods and self-improvement. - Conduct mock examinations and offer immediate feedback on their performance. - Analyze question papers with students immediately after examinations. - Provide aptitude question pools for different entrance examinations conducted by Amrita University. - Offer focused training to students who do not clear the first round of tests in the recruitment process of companies. - Stay updated with university-related accreditation requirements falling under the purview of the CIR learning and development activities.
