About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Performance and Learning Interns in the Learning and Development and Performance Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful training programs, support employee performance, and contribute to a culture of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with managers to design and improve role-specific training plans. Conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and support employee development. Coordinate the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) process by scheduling discussions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-ups. Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor training progress and analyze data for actionable insights. Measure training effectiveness through feedback and suggest improvements to enhance impact.
