About the Role

Learning Content Visualizer

It's about understanding how people learn and how to make content visually clear, relatable, and engaging.

You'll work closely with the founder and creative leads to bring clarity, storytelling, and flow to learning videos frame by frame.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding Content

• Read and comprehend learning material from various subjects management, HR, science, economics, technology, etc.
• Identify the key learning objectives and the essence of each topic.
• Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand language and visuals.

Visual Storyboarding

• Translate scripts or lessons into

  scene-by-scene visual representations

  (storyboards).
• Think of

  visual metaphors, examples, and flow of information

  to make each video more engaging.
• Work closely with the art, animation, and video production teams to ensure clarity of vision.

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with designers, animators, and voiceover artists to align visuals with content intent.
• Maintain consistency in tone, flow, and engagement across all learning projects.
• Brainstorm creative ways to make learning content feel dynamic and human.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong comprehension and communication skills (English)
• Basic understanding of learning, storytelling, or teaching
• Visual thinking ability can imagine scenes, infographics, or examples
• Comfortable using tools like

  Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Figma

• Curiosity for a wide range of subjects
• Keen sense of logic, flow, and learner empathy

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Background in

  Instructional Design, Mass Communication, or Visual Design

• Experience creating storyboards, explainer videos, or learning content
• Familiarity with

  animation or eLearning content formats

• Writing or scripting experience
