• Position: Learner Success Manager
• Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office)

Location: Manoj Arcade, 53, 24th Main Rd, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

Total CTC - upto 4LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)

What You’ll Do:

• Get certified in top tech courses—on us!
• Support and host live virtual classes with energy and expertise
• Engage learners before sessions and guide them throughout
• Facilitate Q&A, evaluate assignments, mentor projects, and manage demo classes
• Be the content consultant learners rely on
• Manage projects and ensure smooth course journeys
• Elevate the learning experience and drive course completion

Who We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in tech (Java, Python, SQL, DevOps, ML/AI, AWS, Azure & more)
• Excellent communication skills—written & spoken, fit for a global audience
• Confident public speakers who love engaging with learners
