Utilizing your technical skill set, you will be responsible for the design and hands-on development of an Agent that will build Agents. Collaborating with pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales teams, you will strategically integrate AI solutions into the customer journey, accelerating adoption and value realization. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills will be crucial in swiftly addressing customer challenges and removing roadblocks to adoption at scale. You will provide hands-on technical guidance and support to customers throughout their Agentforce journey, ensuring successful implementation and maximizing ROI. Working closely with product teams, you will gather customer feedback, identify tooling needs, and influence future product developments to drive customer-centric innovation. As an AI Customer Success Engineer, you are expected to stay at the forefront of AI advancements, both internally and externally, and identify opportunities for innovation within our products and processes. Qualifications and Skills: - A related technical degree required. - Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. - Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing. - Proficiency in Apex, Java, and Python. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to new challenges. - Passion for customer success and a strong desire to help customers achieve their goals through AI innovation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers. - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable with change and ambiguity. - Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to get things done. - Up to 20% travel per month may be required.
