As a Field Sales Executive in our insurance company, your primary responsibility will be to achieve business targets by selling insurance products directly to customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with recruiting insurance advisors to expand our sales network. You will be required to recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to maximize business opportunities and drive sales growth. Supporting insurance agents in their sales calls to ensure effective sales conversion will also be a key aspect of your role. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed business targets consistently. We are looking for individuals between the ages of 23 and 40 with a minimum educational qualification of Graduation or Post Graduation.
